imagine me in a crown (a note)

All I ever wanted was flowers but all you ever gave me was flaws

Did anyone teach you how to love right?

You’ve become such an awful sight

I won’t feel responsible for your fall

Because on you I’ll blame it all

Onward

We’re both going to keep going

I’ll catch glimpses of you

Like passing road signs

I’ll believe it to be true

Candy cane veins

We don’t have to speak about the past

or about how we didn’t last

And I won’t let you know how miserable I am yet

Tell the mirror over and over

That I never wanted this to happen
